Lake Jackson Pediatric Speech accepts private pay, FSA, and HSA at this time. Detailed superbills are available upon request for clients to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.

We are also in the process of becoming an in-network provider with BCBS, TCHP, and CHC.

  • At Lake Jackson Pediatric Speech, we are committed to providing high-quality therapy to your child through scheduled visits. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, which may require rescheduling or canceling therapy sessions. However, we expect a mutual agreement between us and you to do everything possible to ensure that your child receives the best therapy. Frequent cancellations without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee of $35.00.

  • Services will be provided wherever is most convenient to you and your child whether it be at your home, preschool, daycare, therapy center, or private school.

  • An evaluation is required prior to the start of services to ensure the best plan of care is established for your child.

  • After discussing your child's speech, language, and/or feeding skills in addition to your areas of concern, we will determine whether an evaluation is necessary and if therapy services are recommended. Our goal is to provide expert guidance and support to help your child reach their full potential.

  • If your child does not qualify for Early Intervention or school-based services, we can schedule an evaluation to determine if private speech therapy services would be beneficial.

  • 1-2 times per week depending on the severity of your child’s speech, language, and/or feeding skills.

  • Play-based therapy is a form of therapy that integrates play activities using toys or games to address a child’s speech and/or language goals.

  • Speech-language pathologists evaluate, diagnose, and treat children and adults with speech, language, communication, cognition, and feeding difficulties.
